Absolutely! We design trips for all experience levels. For hikes or treks, and horse riding, we include pace guidance, optional support, and pre-trip advice so you’re well-prepared. We will also go slow.

Our participants are usually about 25-40 years old. We have both solo travellers and groups of friends join us. At the end, we all end up friends! We usually have more females than males.

There is no strict age restriction for our trips. But we recommend that participants be in good general health and comfortable with the nature of the itinerary. If you’re unsure whether a trip is suitable for you or someone you’re travelling with, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to advise.

It is different for every trip, but generally the minimum will be 12, and maximum 18, not including 1-2 TTI staff.

Flights recommendations will be sent out, but are not included in the package. This gives you the flexibility to plan if you’d like to extend your trip before or after joining us! However please note that the flight transfers to the hotels will not be included if you do not take the recommended flights.

No! All our prices are for twin-sharing rooms, and we will pair you up with another solo traveller of the same gender. However, we do offer single supplement add ons if you would like your own room.

Contact us and we’ll try to move your booking or apply your deposit to another trip. However, this will incur a S$50 admin fee, unless the trip was cancelled by us.

Some are (such as the Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Escape or Georgia Winter Getaway). We recommend checking the trip description. Some are more suitable for teens and older kids due to activity level or travel style.

Absolutely. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll work with local hosts and restaurants to accommodate most dietary needs.

We provide guidance for high-altitude trips and remote locations, including acclimatisation tips and safety precautions. Our local guides are also trained for emergencies.

This will highly depend on the trip itself. We will send out an info package after sign up with all the information you need, including a packing list. We will also go through it in detail during our in-person briefing.

Yes, travel insurance is necessary to travel with us. We will suggest providers in the email sent after sign up.

Not at all! Our guides and hosts speak English, and we provide tips to help you get around. Knowing a few local phrases can be fun, though.

Definitely! A few months before the trip, we share a private chat for confirmed travellers so you can say hi, ask questions, or coordinate logistics. Furthermore, our in-person briefing as well as our training hikes will allow you to meet your fellow travellers before the trip.
Payments and Cancellations

Unfortunately, we do not support that at the moment. However, if you do have circumstances that require you to pay in installments, talk to our team and we will see what we can do!

You shall be entitled to the following refunds if you notify the Tour Agency of your withdrawal from the trip, based on the following notice periods:
90 days or more: Full refund, including your deposit, less a $200 administrative fee
Between 31-90 days: 40% of the total trip cost
30 days or less: No refund
Any amount to be refunded to you will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
You acknowledge and agree that the fees associated with securing accommodations, flights, and other services for the trip may have already been paid to third-party vendors. You further acknowledge that the cancellation policy outlined herein is not intended as a penalty, but rather as a necessary provision to cover the costs incurred by the Tour Agency in arranging and securing these services on your behalf.

Unfortunately, we do not disclose that information. But rest assured, we will update all our participants on the status of the trip at least 3-4 months before. If the trip is cancelled due to insufficient sign ups, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.

We will issue a full refund of your deposit. Or you may choose to shift your deposit to another trip (with no admin charge).

Trips to interesting and unique destinations are more fun with a big group! But not everyone has friends that are willing to jump onto an adventure at a moments notice. We planned this community trip so you can meet other fellow adventurers from different walks of life that are equally passionate about travel. There’s also safety in numbers, and our team on the ground will lookout for each and every one of you 🙂
